Sky Studio West was selected to create real estate videos and photos to support the sale of GSA Auburn Facility. Called Pacific Point, the property is located at 400 15th Street SW, in Auburn, Washington. It is a 129-acre plot of land in an industrial area, it is ideal for redevelopment. The land features 7 large warehouses, two office buildings, a daycare center and several smaller buildings. Pacific Point will be sold via an auction with a starting price of 80 million US dollars.
